30 day returns

We understand that sometimes things you buy need to be returned. Your *unused* purchase can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

 

Easy pick-ups by our UPS drivers! No need to bring to drop-off location

Our name starts with Convenient so everything we do is based on this wonderful concept. Even returns.

We have a special contract with UPS and our customer care manager will arrange everything for you for the pick ups within Continental United States. Here is how:

  • If you need to return, please email us or call us 
  • We will confirm your pick up address as sometimes it can be different from the original delivery address
  • We will dispatch our UPS driver in your area to collect the boxes: tank box and bowl box
  • No need to worry about printing and attaching shipping labels – our UPS driver will bring the labels with them and the driver will even attach to the boxes
  • There will be 3 pick up attempts which means we will come back three times to pick up if needed. Please simply have your return boxes placed where UPS usually delivers the packages at your address
  • For a pick-up, the UPS local branch will dispatch the driver making deliveries in your area at the time. There is no options to schedule the time of the day for a pick up and UPS drivers cannot call customers to arrange the pick up per UPS policies
  • Only our original shipping boxes can be used for the return

The standard shipping return fee of $90 per unit is applied. This fee helps us to pay part of the returned merchandise UPS shipping costs. Please kindly note: *due to the nature of the product an open box toilet equals a used toilet*. We cannot take used toilets back. Canada Customer Returns

For our highly valued Canada customers, our customer care, service and support includes everything we offer to the U.S. customers in regards of replacements and the parts shipped. Currently, we deliver our product and parts from the U. S., which makes each shipment from U.S. to Canada an international export. Any returns coming back to the U.S. are considered as imports (export from Canada). Please kindly email us or call us to review your return options on the individual basis. Usually, Canada returns will require to return the item at your own expense.
